Sean and his team were very professional. They helped me to evict a very stubborn tenant. It was a long and very tiring process. But they worked with me and were very patient. Not only were they patient, they were genuinely caring. After the he eviction process they bought the house from us and they did not try to lowball us and were very fair. They LISTENED to us . Every time I had to interact with Sean or his team they were very nice and supportive and answered all of my questions. If you want to sell a house, but need the tenants evicted, they can help you with that and make your life a lot easier. You don’t have to do anything. Give them a try, you will not regret it.
